Loved the location and the layout of this unit-that worked perfectly for my family. The issue was with cleanliness and the condition of all of the carpets and the living room furniture. It was all filthy! I had my two grand babies-15 months and 6 weeks and the floor was literally disgusting. The 15 month old (who is still crawling a lot) had dirty feet, knees and pants the entire week because of these floors. Also, the silverware drawer had a silverware tray that was broken and all the silverware mixed together. These are all such easy fixes and this unit would be perfect with some TLC!

We stayed at The Inn at Poplar Corner. This place was lovely and very nicely stocked. The beds were super comfortable. Was a great experience. Great location for us!

We stayed with a seaside property for our first visit ever to Chincoteague and it was a really nice house. Clean upon arrival, we even got to check in a bit early, was left with a welcome back with a few essentials until we could get to the store. We had a rough week with storms but the communication was great. We called often with a few questions here and there and they were always friendly and helpful to answer.

We had a fantastic experience at Kelly's Cottage. The location was perfectly situated and the accommodations were cozy and clean. We will return again soon. The next time we plan on staying longer in order to enjoy more of the Chincoteague experience. Great lodgings, great food, great people and great fun.

My husband and I immensely enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Reel Deal. Not only was it exceptionally clean and so pretty, but every convenience to make this house feel like a home was also included. Lance and Elaine are great and easy people to work with! Their website was easy to navigate and renting homes with them is stress and hassle free. Great prices for wonderful homes to stay in. Ariel’s Grotto is a beautiful and cozy home to vacation in. Very relaxing and beach themed with lots of natural sun light. I will only do business with Seaside Vacations, highly recommended!!

I was up for the White Marlin Open last week and reserved a condo through Seaside Vacations at Captiva Bay. The unit was very nice, clean, with a large balcony and in a great location. Walking distance to many great dinner locations made the stay even better. I highly recommend this company and will book through them again next year! Thank you for helping make our stay great!

We stayed at Bayside Villas and were pleased with the accomodations. We could crab off the docks, the kitchen was well stocked with most any kind of equipment. Whenever I had any questions about the property the owner and the rental company answered in a timely manner. We would recommend this rental to other families. Thanks so much.

Our experience with Seaside Vacations in Chincoteague, VA was absolutely fabulous! Specifically, Elaine, helped us look through the various properties that would work best for our family and even went to the trouble to call the owners of a property that was recently brought on board to Seaside Vacations. In addition, she told us about various things to do while we were on the island and sent us a follow up email with specific links. We will definitely be renting through Seaside Vacations again!

We stayed in Captain’s Cove at Casa Del Canal. It was a 3 bedroom home on a canal close to the bay. It was a lovely spot and the house was very spacious. Great for a group of people because the inside and outside are both places to utilize. Lance and Elaine Stitcher from Seaside Vacations are great to work with and easy to access when needed. We would stay at this house again and definitely contact Seaside Vacations to stay in this area again.
